At Waterloo United, Alison will serve as U8–U11 Technical Lead, supporting training and coach development, and as Player Pathway & Scholarship Advisor, guiding U14–U18 athletes and families on post-secondary and collegiate opportunities.

Maja Lukambo oversees Xtra Time and Supplemental Training programs, ensuring high-quality, development-focused sessions for players across the club. With a strong background in athlete development and technical training, Maja is dedicated to creating engaging, supportive environments that help players grow and reach their full potential.
Dave Varandas leads Performance and Biomechanics at Waterloo United, applying evidence-based training methods to enhance player movement, strength, and on-field performance. With expertise in athletic development and injury prevention, Dave supports athletes across the club in reaching their physical potential safely and effectively.
Zach leads the U9 Introductory Futsal program at Waterloo United, bringing energy and technical knowledge to help young players build confidence and develop core futsal skills. His focus on fundamentals, creativity, and fun helps create a positive first futsal experience for developing athletes.
