Submit a Formal Complaint
As part of our ongoing commitment to delivering a safe, professional, and accountable environment for all players, families, coaches, staff, and volunteers, we are formalizing our complaint submission process.
We have created a new Formal Complaint Submission Form that allows anyone in our community to confidentially report concerns related to behaviour, safety, conduct, or violations of club policies or Safe Sport standards. This process will ensure that all concerns are documented, reviewed consistently, and handled with the transparency and care our members deserve.
