Ontario Premier League (OPL) U20
Program Overview
The Waterloo United U20 Ontario Premier League (OPL) Program provides players with an opportunity to continue their development in a high-level competitive environment as they transition beyond youth soccer.
The OPL U20 competition supports emerging players within the provincial pathway, providing meaningful competition and an opportunity to continue progressing toward senior soccer.
U20 Fall League
The U20 Fall League provides an additional competitive opportunity following the summer season, allowing players to continue their development, gain valuable match experience, and compete at a high level.
2026 Fall Season Format
- 10 regular-season matches over 10 weeks
- Top four teams advance to the playoffs
- Semi-finals and championship final
Key Dates
- Season Begins: Week of August 31
- Final Regular Season Match: November 6
- Semi-Finals: November 9–11
- Championship Final: November 14

Players interested in joining Waterloo United’s U20 OPL teams should complete the appropriate Expression of Interest form.
