Waterloo Minor Soccer Club will be hosting its Annual General Meeting on Thursday, December 8th, 2022 in Room 207 at RIM Park. The meeting will be called to order at 7:00 PM.

The members attending the AGM will receive financial statements, the Auditors Report, Annual Reports and Season in Review. The meeting will be conducted under the Club’s Constitution & By-laws (Revised: December 16th, 2021). In addition, Members will elect up to 6 (Six) directors to the board for a two-year term.

The WMSC Director Nominations Procedures provides a detailed review of the method and for which the nominations are to be made, which includes the deadline for submission and a Nomination Consent Form.

All interested members are encouraged to review this information and to become familiar with the Club’s By-Laws and to submit their completed Nomination Forms to the Nominations Officer C/O the Club’s Executive Director. Nominations will be accepted between November 1st, and November 25th, 2022. The Nomination Forms will be available on Club’s website from November 1st, 2022.
