Dear WMSC Members,
The Waterloo Minor Soccer Club will be hosting our Annual General Meeting on Thursday, December 12th, 2019 at RIM Park. Registration will open at 6:00 PM and the meeting will be called to order at 7:00 PM.
The members attending the AGM will receive financial statements, the Auditors Report, Annual Reports and Season in Review. The meeting will be conducted under the Club’s Constitution & By-laws (Revised: December 9th, 2015). In addition, Members will elect up to 6 (Six) directors to the board for a two-year term.
The WMSC Director Nominations Procedures provides a detailed review of the method and for which the nominations are to be made, which includes the deadline for submission and an example Nomination Consent Form.
All interested members are encouraged to review this information and to become familiar with the Club’s By-Laws and to submit their completed Nomination Forms to the Nominations Officer C/O the Club’s Executive Director. Nominations will be accepted between November 1st and November 22nd, 2019. The Nomination Forms will be available on Club’s website from October 25th, 2019.
