The Waterloo Minor Soccer Club will be hosting our Annual General Meeting on Thursday, December 10th, 2020 at RIM Park and online. The meeting will be called to order at 7:00 PM.

New for 2020 – The AGM will be accessible online based on COVID-19 restrictions. Information and instructions on how to attend the meeting online will be available closer to the meeting date.

The members attending the AGM will receive financial statements, the Auditors Report, Annual Reports and Season in Review. The meeting will be conducted under the Club’s Constitution & By-laws (Revised: December 9th, 2015). In addition, Members will elect up to 6 (Six) directors to the board for a two-year term.

The WMSC Director Nominations Procedures provides a detailed review of the method and for which the nominations are to be made, which includes the deadline for submission and an example Nomination Consent Form.

Members will elect up to 6 (six) directors to the board for a two-year term ending in 2022. Nominations will be accepted starting November 1, 2020. All interested members are encouraged to review this information and to become familiar with the Club’s By-Laws and to submit their completed Nomination Forms to the Nominations Officer C/O the Club’s Executive Director. Nominations will be accepted between November 2nd and November 26th, 2020.
