The Waterloo Minor Soccer Club will be hosting our Annual General Meeting on Thursday, December 16th, 2021 via Zoom. The meeting will be called to order at 7:00 PM.

The AGM will be accessible online based on COVID-19 restrictions. Information and instructions on how to attend the meeting online will be available closer to the meeting date.

The members attending the AGM will receive financial statements, the Auditors Report, Annual Reports and Season in Review. The meeting will be conducted under the Club’s Constitution & By-laws (Revised: December 10th, 2020). In addition, Members will elect up to 6 (Six) directors to the board for a two-year term.

The WMSC Director Nominations Procedures provides a detailed review of the method and for which the nominations are to be made, which includes the deadline for submission and a Nomination Consent Form.

All interested members are encouraged to review this information and to become familiar with the Club’s By-Laws and to submit their completed Nomination Forms to the Nominations Officer C/O the Club’s Executive Director. Nominations will be accepted between November 1st and November 26th, 2021. The Nomination Forms will be available on Club’s website from November 1st, 2021.
